DJR Coaching – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DJR Coaching. By enrolling your child in our programmes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

  • Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
  • Priority will be given to bookings that have been paid in advance.
  • In the event that a class is cancelled due to minimum participant numbers not being met, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to personal circumstances or inability to attend.
  • If a session is missed due to typical bad weather, DJR Coaching will either:
  • Offer a make-up session, or
  • Provide a refund if a make-up session is not possible.

3. Health and Medical Information

  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration.
  • It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes by contacting us at:

  • Children must not attend a class if they have experienced any illness within 48 hours prior to the session.

4. Photographic Consent

  • If you do not consent to your child being photographed or recorded for marketing purposes, you must inform us at the time of registration.
  • Any changes to your consent status should be communicated using the contact details above.

5. Behaviour Policy

  • DJR Coaching maintains a positive and respectful environment.
  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programme without refund if they are found to be:
  • Bullying
  • Misbehaving
  • Displaying disruptive or inappropriate behaviour

6. Liability and Insurance

  • DJR Coaching and its staff are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during our sessions.
  • All participants take part in classes at their own risk.
  • DJR Coaching holds full Public Liability Insurance, ensuring appropriate coverage for all our activities.

7. Safeguarding Commitment

  • DJR Coaching is fully committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in our care.
  • We strictly adhere to The FA’s safeguarding policies and procedures, including:
  • Safe recruitment of staff
  • Reporting and responding to concerns appropriately
  • Promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
  • All staff have undergone appropriate safeguarding training and DBS checks in line with FA guidelines.
